Batavia® Services, Inc., is an insured ladder repair company that works with the authorization and approval of the major American ladder manufacturers. We are the largest ladder repair company in the country.

TRAINING:
Our training consists of hands on field training and an in depth study of OSHA, ANSI, and Telecommunications repair guidelines. Trainees are required to undergo a training period of no less than 120 hours. At the end of the training period, the trainee takes a written examination, requiring at least 80% of the questions to be answered correctly before advancement to field representative.
