TRAINING:
Our training consists of hands on field training and an in depth
study of OSHA, ANSI, and Telecommunications repair guidelines.
Trainees are required to undergo a training period of no less
than 120 hours. At the end of the training period, the trainee
takes a written examination, requiring at least 80% of the questions
to be answered correctly before advancement to field representative.
Our repair program
consists of inspecting your ladders and presenting a work proposal.
Upon approval by the authorizing personnel, we then perform
the necessary, on-site repairs to make the ladders safe again.
