Quality Focused Field Managers

Our Field Managers, for each designated location, will perform regular field audits to inspect workmanship and quality of repairs made by each Field Representative.

Quality Assurance

Interviewing our clients is another aspect of our Quality Assurance Program. This ensures that proper service is being given to each account location.

All field representatives maintain a complete inventory line of parts and supplies from all major ladder manufacturers to repair your ladders on site without needless delays.

We are a member of ASQ (American Society for Quality), the National Safety Council, and American Ladder Institute.

Inspections can be performed at any time, including non-working hours such as between 6:30 and 8:00 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m.

Trained Field Representatives inspect ladders according to specifications set by the manufacturer to insure ladders are thoroughly checked.

During the inspection-repair, all defects requiring repair shall be written on a work proposal sheet. The work proposal sheet shall identify each ladder by vehicle I.D. number or state license plate number. The inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the ANSI & Manufacturer Specifications (PRS-436.117).
